Your appointment token is included in the confirmation email or text you received when your dock appointment was scheduled. If you arrived without a token, check in at the guard shack and a member of our dock team will look up your transfer using your carrier name and trailer number.
Once checked in, you'll see your live queue position, estimated wait time, and assigned door number right on this screen — no need to call ahead or wait in the office. Watch for a staff member to wave you in when it's your turn.
