What is a 3PL, and what does Dart Advantage Warehousing do?
A third-party logistics (3PL) provider handles warehousing, fulfillment, and transportation on behalf of another company. We do that from four buildings we own outright — 686,000 sq ft total — handling inbound receiving, storage, pick/pack/ship fulfillment, and transportation for manufacturers and distributors across food and beverage, automotive, metals, and manufacturing.
What areas do you serve?
Two markets: the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro (Eagan, Little Canada, and Newport, MN) and metro Atlanta (Buford, GA). Every facility is owned, not leased, so your rate and your space stay stable.
Do you offer food-grade warehousing?
Yes — food-grade certification is the baseline across all four facilities, not an upgrade tier. We maintain FDA-compliant receiving, lot tracking, FIFO rotation, and allergen segregation everywhere we operate.

Yes. Every customer gets access to a live portal showing on-hand inventory by SKU and location, open transfers, and driver scheduling — updated as freight moves, not on a report someone emails you at the end of the day.
